It’s hard to believe it’s the middle of March already. For my regular followers, I apologize for the great gap in postings. There are a number of reasons. First of all, I’m now operating on a new computer, I’ve migrate just about all my stuff from my Macbook to my new iMac. This took some time to complete and now that I have almost everything organized I hope to post more often.
My goal is to start cleaning up old post and improving on the images and content you already enjoy. In the post I’ve just put stuff out there sort of haphazardly. I’ll be re-visiting my old post and cleaning them up, Why you ask? Because I think its important and I really want provide a better experience. It has been a learning curve adjusting to WordPress and learning about blogging. Plus there is always room for improvement.
I’ve also refurnished an old desk that I picked up at a local business that was closing. I’m working to make my home office a more productive environment for monkey this year. Cleaning up old files discarding what I no longer need or use. Plus I’ve been able to cut down on the number of files I actually need to store in my new desk, a good thing.
Enough babble, along with my winter update I’ll also be posting video highlights from last years volunteering on the Ice Age Trail. For those of you who may have missed it. I volunteered on three separate crews last year. This was my first time volunteering on the Ice Age Trail. I had an absolutely wonderful time and even dragged my girlfriend to one of the projects in September. Last year I posted a few pictures but never worked on the videos for some reason. I guess because they take time to make and just never got to it. Since It’s still cold out here in Chicago-land and there is still snow on the ground I decided to spend a Sunday afternoon making these videos. So sit back, grab your favorite beverage and follow along for another exciting year of Fuzzy Monkey’s Adventures.
Until next time Happy Hiking, Volunteering and Safe Travels,
